1/9/2001: Master Converter 2.52 released.

• Fixed a problem on startup where “list index out of bounds” error would appear under certain circumstances.
• Removed “part per” units from the Density category because they do not belong there. A “concentration” category may be added in the future.
• Master Converter now has 721 pre-defined units in 38 categories.
