2/1/2000: Master Converter 2.2 released.

• Four new categories and many units added.
• BTU values updated and synchronized in the Power and Energy categories.
• Fixed a problem with the "pferdestärke" unit.
• Added "thermochemical" values for BTU and calorie units. The "international table" values for BTU and calorie already in the program have been labeled accordingly.
• Other minor bug fixes and changes.
