8/1/1998: TurboLaunch 4.01 released.

• Update the logo, web address, e-mail addres, and mailing addresses throughout the TurboLaunch program and Help file.
• Implemented a new Registration process on the opening Wait Screen. (Non-registered versions.)
• Fixed a few minor bugs.
